Ertyad Hosts Workshop on Cultural Change Management in Public and Private Sectors

Ertyad Training recently conducted an insightful workshop on Cultural Change Management across both public and private sectors, in collaboration with CultureWins. The session focused on practical strategies for effectively implementing organizational change and fostering a strong corporate culture.

A highlight of the workshop was a hands-on case study on change management, delivered through the Wallbreakers Simulation Model provided by Workz A/S, a global leader in leadership simulation solutions. Ertyad represents Workz A/S in Saudi Arabia, enabling participants to experience realistic organizational scenarios that demonstrate the challenges and best practices of cultural transformation.

The workshop provided attendees with actionable tools and frameworks to navigate cultural shifts, drive engagement, and strengthen organizational resilience. By combining theory with experiential learning, participants were able to explore how to translate cultural change concepts into practical initiatives that positively impact both employee experience and organizational performance.
