Ertyad Training Academic Integrity Policy

Academic integrity is a fundamental principle that must be upheld by all users of Ertyad Training Company’s platform. It is based on the core values of honesty, responsibility, perseverance, and respect for ideas, individuals, and society. All users of the platform are expected to adhere to these values at all times. ​


Ertyad Training Academic Integrity Charter

  1. Adherence to Islamic values, including honesty and trustworthiness, and refraining from any actions that contradict Islamic principles.
  2. Respecting national customs and traditions and avoiding any behavior that violates them.
  3. Reviewing the instructions and guidelines for e-learning, and striving for knowledge acquisition with honesty, integrity, and sincerity.
  4. Personally attending online training sessions to achieve the intended learning outcomes and the main goal of training — enhancing participants’ knowledge and skills.
  5. Familiarizing oneself with the Saudi Anti-Cybercrime Law, issued by the Council of Ministers Resolution No. (79) dated 07/03/1428H, and ratified by Royal Decree No. (M/18) dated 08/03/1428H, and understanding the penalties associated with digital violations or crimes.
  6. Upholding academic honesty and integrity throughout the e-learning process.
  7. Ensuring the use of reliable and high-quality computers or tablets to achieve the objectives of online training.
  8. Avoiding the use of public networks when attending online sessions, as they pose significant risks to information security and device protection.

Forms of Academic Misconduct

Examples include impersonation, misuse of collaboration, falsification, or forgery.

Procedures and Penalties

  1. The trainee who violates this policy will be notified of the violation and required to correct it immediately.
  2. A trainee who continues to violate the policy may be denied continuation in the training program. ​
  3. Relevant authorities will be notified in cases of serious misconduct.
  4. Any trainee found to have violated the e-learning integrity policy will not be granted a certificate of attendance.
