As part of its ongoing commitment to advancing human capital development and promoting organizational learning, Ertyad successfully participated in the ATD Conference, held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel and Conference Center in Riyadh on December 4–5.
Ertyad’s participation stood out through engaging sessions and insightful discussions. Mr. Abdullah Al-Hedyan, the company’s Chief Executive Officer, took part in a leading panel discussion titled “Reimagining Learning and Building a Resilient Workforce.” The session provided an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas and experiences on how to foster a sustainable learning culture and strengthen workforce skills.
Ertyad also joined an open session with its strategic partner WORKZ, where they discussed the topic “Creating Change Impact Through Leadership Simulation Training.” The discussion centered on developing leadership capabilities and inspiring transformation in the workplace.
In a special highlight, Ertyad’s team hosted the world-renowned author and thinker Marshall Goldsmith at the company’s booth during the conference. Goldsmith signed copies of his bestselling book “What Got You Here Won’t Get You There” for booth visitors and gave an exclusive interview in which he discussed key leadership challenges and the future of skills in the coming years.
