Ertyad Training organized a comprehensive workshop focused on the core values of the Government Spending Efficiency Authority (GSEE) and public projects, in line with the launch of the Authority’s official values framework. The workshop aimed to instill a deeper understanding of these values among employees and promote alignment with the Authority’s mission and objectives.

The session welcomed 350 participants from the Authority, providing an engaging platform to explore the principles guiding effective government spending and project management. Attendees participated in a variety of interactive activities and exercises designed to highlight the practical application of the values in their daily work and decision-making processes.

The workshop was delivered by Dr. Tarek Al-Awda, a certified trainer from the globally recognized Dale Carnegie Training. Leveraging his extensive expertise, Dr. Al-Awda facilitated discussions, real-life scenarios, and hands-on exercises that encouraged participants to reflect on the significance of these values and how to integrate them into their organizational culture.

Through this initiative, Ertyad reinforced its commitment to enhancing professional development and fostering a values-driven work environment in government institutions. Participants left the session equipped with actionable insights and a stronger appreciation for the principles that guide responsible project execution, effective resource management, and organizational excellence. ​
